Customer has 24 hours after receiving package to notify us of a problem with the instrument. After 24 hours, restocking fee will be applied and return will be at our discretion. All instruments will be inspected before shipment and photos will be available on request. Approved returns will be for store credit only and must be in same condition it was shipped (including packaging). Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Instruments listed "As Is" or "Discounted" are final, and not available for return.
