  • Where are you located and what are your hours?

    We are at 4056 N. Mt Juliet Rd, Mt Juliet, TN 37122. Our hours are Monday–Thursday 10 am–8 pm, Friday 10 am–7 pm, Saturday 10 am–6 pm, Sunday closed.

  • Do I need to call ahead or can I just walk in?

    You’re welcome to walk in anytime during open hours. For certain services—especially repairs—it’s helpful to call ahead so we can schedule time and have staff ready.

  • What brands do you carry?

    We offer a wide selection including guitars, basses, amps, effects pedals, acoustic, electric, folk/bluegrass instruments, violins, mandolins, banjos and more.

  • What repair services do you offer?

    We do everything from simple string changes, cleaning and setups, to crack repairs, fret-work, custom nuts/saddles and full instrument restoration.

  • Are you an authorized repair center?

    Yes — we are an authorized repair center for brands such as Martin and Fender.

  • What kinds of lessons do you offer?

    We offer lessons for many instruments — popular options include guitar and piano, but we also teach others depending on instructor availability.

  • Do students need to own an instrument already?

    The student will need their own instrument. We can help get an old instrument fixed up or we can help match you with a New or Used instrument.

  • Do you offer beginner friendly instruments?

    Yes. We carry a range of beginner guitars, keyboards, ukuleles, and other instruments. Our staff can help you choose the right fit based on age, skill level, and budget.

  • Can I try out instruments in the store?

    Absolutely. You are welcome to test guitars, amps, and other instruments during your visit. Our team is there to answer questions and help you compare options.

  • Do you restring guitars in store?

    Yes. We offer quick restringing services. You can drop your guitar off during business hours and we will get it taken care of as soon as possible, most of the time while you wait.


  • How often should I get my guitar set up?

    Most players benefit from a setup every six to twelve months, depending on climate changes, playing style, and wear. We can evaluate your instrument and let you know what it needs.
